A first half of 2018 with all records
In 2010, Europe Environnement started up the largest installation in its history with the construction of a complete photovoltaic panel cell manufacturing plant in Sicily – the largest in Europe.
8 years later, CMI Europe Environnement wins a record order (three times larger than its previous record) for the treatment of gaseous emissions from a huge phosphorus refining site in Africa.
For the client, this project means:
- a reinforcement of its competitiveness thanks to an installation minimizing water and energy consumptions;
- the improvement of the operators’ working conditions on site, and the best dispositions to protect neighboring populations from potential pollution;
- its long-term commitment to the highest international standards for exhaust emissions and waste management.
CMI Europe Environment will design, build and commission 12 air treatment units capable of treating nearly 3 million m3/h: a turnkey solution guaranteeing a release value below the current standards at 5 mg/Nm3.
But the exceptional order book of this first half of 2018 does not stop there. Thanks to its investment over the past several years
in Canada, it has received more than Canadian $5 million in orders
for a major stripping and odor treatment unit in Quebec.
Also in South America
For Chile: a stripping unit for Santiago de Chile on a wastewater treatment application.
In Peru, a stripping unit for Lima on a waste treatment application
And an air pollution control unit in surface treatment for Argentina.
And this is without counting significant successes in local markets.
In six months, the company has accumulated several years of work!
Its international development strategy allows it to enter a new dynamic. This augurs well for the months and years to come!
